Under the authority of a Sub-Director, the Sub-Department of Industrial Risk is in charge of:<\/p>\n
– The administrative supervision and technical inspection of establishments classified as dangerous, unhealthy or, in terms of health, hygiene, safety and security, in conjunction with the authorities concerned;
\n– Studies on the risks inherent in establishments classified as dangerous, unhealthy or obnoxious;
\n– Emergency Plans for Industrial risks, in conjunction with the authorities concerned;
\n– The examination of applications for approval of persons in control of dangerous, unhealthy or obnoxious;<\/p>\n
– administrative supervision and technical inspection of pressure vessels and gas steam and lifting equipment, in terms of security, in conjunction with the authorities concerned;<\/p>\n
– Approval of natural and legal persons checks, appraisals and inspections of pressure vessels and gas steam, lifting devices, and thereto as testing;<\/p>\n
– The establishment and maintenance of statistics dangerous, unhealthy or obnoxious, for pressure vessels and lifting equipment,<\/p>\n
– The administrative supervision and technical control of Transportation Systems for Hydrocarbons by Pipeline in conjunction with the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n
It includes:<\/p>\n
– Services Classified Establishments;
\n– Services Pressure Equipment,
\n– Services Pipeline Inspections.<\/p>\n

\n– The preparation of administrative acts relating to the approval of persons in control of dangerous, unhealthy or obnoxious;
\n– Participation in the development of regulations on hazardous, unhealthy or institutions;
\n– Public inquiries relating to the establishment and operation of dangerous, unhealthy or institutions;
\n– Studies on the risks of dangerous, safe or inconvenient;
\n– Internal intervention on industrial risks of dangerous, unhealthy or plans;
\n– The organization of inspections of establishments classified;
\n– For keeping the register of establishments classified
\n– The establishment and preservation of statistics classified establishments.
\n(2) It includes, in addition to the Head of Department, four (04) design engineers.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n– Monitoring the development and enforcement of standards for pressure vessels and lifting equipment;
\n– The preparation of administrative acts relating to the approval of persons, inspections, appraisals and inspections of pressure vessels and gas steam and lifting equipment, as well as essays relating thereto;
\n– Technical control devices;
\n– Control of authorized persons;
\n– For keeping the register of pressure vessels and lifting
\n– The establishment and maintenance of statistics on those machines.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n– Technical advice on the studies for the establishment and the operation of transport systems Pipeline;
\n– The organization of the coordination of activities related to inspections and technical controls directly related to pipeline transport systems;
\n– Any investigation or expertise in case of an incident or accident in a transport system Pipeline
\n– The centralization and the use of technical information on the activities of transport Pipeline.<\/p>\n
