Under the authority of a Deputy Director, Sub-Directorate of Local Transformation is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Design and implementation of policies, strategies and programs for local processing of agricultural, forestry and mining, in conjunction with the authorities concerned;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Monitoring the coordination of government interventions in the local processing of agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Monitoring of compliance on the local processing of agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining, in conjunction with the authorities concerned; – The promotion and implementation of programs and projects, equipment procurement local processing, preservation and packaging of raw materials, in conjunction with the authorities concerned;<\/span><\/p>\n

– The support and advice and support for operators in the sector of the local processing;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Monitoring the implementation of local processors of agricultural, forestry and mining, according to the National Cadastral Plan and the land, in conjunction with the administrations concerned;<\/span><\/p>\n

– To support companies in partnership, financial arrangements, financing of investment projects in the field of local processing in conjunction with the authorities concerned;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Dissemination of statistical and technical documentation for developers of business local processing of agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining, in conjunction with the authorities concerned;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Facilitation of the establishment of platforms for local cooperation between local processing companies, inventors, scientists and organizations applied in conjunction with the administrations concerned research;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Controlling the activities of industries processing agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining, in conjunction with governments and agencies – Monitoring the coordination of government intervention on the processing of agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining. <\/span><\/p>\n

It includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

– The Service of Local Transformation of Mining Products; <\/span><\/p>\n

– The Service of Local Processing of Agricultural Products, <\/span><\/p>\n

– The Service of Local Transformation of Forest Products.<\/span><\/p>\n

The services referred to in Article 45 (2) above shall, each within its sphere of competence: <\/span><\/p>\n

– The implementation of coordination of government interventions for the local processing of agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining; <\/span><\/p>\n

– The promotion and implementation of programs and projects to acquire equipment for local processing, preservation and packaging of mineral, agriculture and forestry raw materials; – Dissemination of statistical and technical documentation for developers of local processing companies and economic agents involved;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Facilitation of the establishment of platforms for local cooperation between local processing companies, inventors, scientists and organizations applied in conjunction with the administrations concerned research;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Information and guidance developers and economic agents about the raw material and its optimum utilization, technology, markets and competitiveness in the context of implementation, expansion or consolidation of local processing plants;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Activities to ensure consistency of layout plans of local processing enterprises of mining, agricultural and forest products, with the national cadastral plan and the land use in conjunction with the authorities concerned; <\/span><\/p>\n

– The Business Council in partnership, financial arrangements, financing of investment projects in the field of local processing;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Information and support for actors on tax measures and incentives that apply to projects of local processing of agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Sensitization, training and capacity building of stakeholders in the areas of local processing, preservation and packaging of agricultural, forestry and mining products,<\/span><\/p>\n

– The implementation of control activities of local industries processing agricultural raw materials, forestry and mining.<\/span><\/p>\n
