Under the authority of a Sub-Director, Sub-Department of Mining Cadastre is in charge of:
\n– The processing of applications for authorization and preparation of acts relating to mining titles;
\n– The processing of applications for authorization and preparation of documents relating to the quarrying permit;
\n– The processing of applications for renewal, extension, reduction, farmout, transfer of mining titles and quarries;
\n– The development and updating of the national mining cadastral map;
\n– The study of mortgage applications on mining titles and career;
\n– Keeping and conservation of geological and mining cadastral documentation.<\/p>\n
The Sub-Director of the Mining Registry is the registrar of titles and quarries.<\/p>\n
It includes:
\n– The Service of Mining Cadastral Mapping and Documentation
\n– Services Mining Titles.<\/p>\n

\n– Digitization of mining and geological information;
\n– Keeping and conservation of geological and mining cadastral documentation,
\n– The provision of mining and geological spatial information.<\/p>\n
\n– The processing of applications for authorization and preparation of documents relating to the exploitation of mineral water, spring water and thermo-mineral waters;
\n– The updating of various mining records;
\n– The investigation of extinction procedures mining titles to quarry permit,
\n– Notification of regulatory acts relating to mining titles and quarry permits.<\/p>\n
